Responsible for delivering an incredible guest and client experience from first point of contact to event execution. In addition to touring clients around our 2 unique venues and working closely with our back of house team to ensure the highest levels of quality, I am also the leader of our team’s content marketing strategy. Through web optimization and the implementation of a brand new blog, I’m creating a lasting footprint for our brands that will establish us as a leader in the hospitality industry.

Content Creator & Creative Director - Scenario D Podcast, Toronto
October 2020 - Present

As a co-host and creative director for this passion project, I’m responsible for a wide variety of tasks from pre- to post-production. Besides researching materials prior to each recording, I’m responsible for maintaining our social media content calendar and creating all of the graphics used on our hosting platform and Instagram profile. From video editing to compositing audio and everything in between, my portfolio of creative skills grows with each new episode.

Responsible for working with and assisting the game development team in designing, building, and implementing industry-leading virtual team-building experiences including Final Verdict and Los At Sea. Responsible for assisting Game Masters and Hosts with running a number of team-building virtual experiences using the Zoom video conferencing platform. Tasks include communicating with participants both verbally and in writing, providing technical support, and assisting with backend administrative tasks such as scorekeeping, pushing video content through in real time, updating Webflow experiences, and sharing presentations with the entire participants list.

Contracted to assist the Group Retirement Solutions Admin team by fulfilling client requests, managing day-to-day administrative processes, and contributing to overall team efficiency. Most notably, I am responsible for helping organize and execute a significant content audit that is focused on improving communication between the team’s customer account representatives and our clients. Through this project, I have gained valuable experience on how to communicate internally between teams while improving my professional editing skills.

Responsible for assisting the Sales and Account Management teams to design and promote events for a wide portfolio of corporate clients. In addition to supporting large-scale events, I am also responsible for developing and distributing promotional materials on social media and collaborating with other designers to communicate trends and innovative ideas to the events industry as a whole.

Contracted to assess, improve, and professionalize the university’s mascot athletic entertainment.
